Inspired by Renaissance history and Shakespearean romance, the collection Runaway with Me aims for an overly romantic view on love and bridal attire. I hoped to explore the creation of larger than life design elements such as skirts or sleeves. Playing on the idea of a larger than life love, one that is both beautiful yet can be dangerous and mysterious, such as the famous love story of Romeo and Juliet.
